Corner Bakery's Unflat Event

Corner Bakery is the perfect spot to grab a coffee, have a bite to eat and relax in a healthy and warm environment. Corner bakery represents all the best in healthy eating and sustaining the best in natural,and recently they include some delicious grilled flat in their menu, 3 new breakfast flat and 4 new lunch flats, and believe me you can not say NO to these deliciously grilled flats not just because they are so Yumiliocious but its all under 350 calories.

I got lucky enough to taste 2 of thier veggie flats at the event, freshly prepared by Chef Ric-Scicchitano, the EVP food and supply chain. since i don't eat meat and i love how they keep vaggiterin customer in their mind and  food in their menu, totally  loveeeeeeeee it !

The new breakfast and lunch includes:

• Avocado and Spinach Power Flat – scrambled eggs with fresh avocado and spinach, and cheddar & Parmesan cheeses in a grilled multigrain  flatbread.
• Applewood Smoked Bacon Power Flat – scrambled eggs with applewood smoked bacon and cheddar & Parmesan cheeses in a grilled multigrain flatbread.
• Ham and Spinach Flat – scrambled eggs with smoked ham, cheddar & Parmesan cheeses, and fresh spinach in a grilled multigrain flatbread.   
• Southwest Chicken – all-natural grilled chicken, zesty slaw, corn and tomato salsa, house-pickled jalapeños and avocado ranch dressing
• Chicken Caesar – all-natural grilled chicken, romaine, bruschetta tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing
• (my personal favorite..) Caprese – fresh mozzarella, bruschetta tomatoes, arugula and Parmesan cheese
• BBQ Pork – pulled barbecue pork, tangy slaw, house-pickled red onions and avocado ranch dressing

    The thing I love the Corner bakery is that it's consistent. I love when I can find a Corner Bakery to please my craves. i feel like i am for once eating something healthy, if you really want to leave this place with a huge smile on your face, you have to get a slice of the Cinnamon Cake. Its so amazing, if you are lucky you can get a fresh slice that just came out of the oven. These cakes are so good that when i am having company over that love sweets. I will pick up one of these cakes and put it in my glass cake dish, and everyone always love it!
